In regular session of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Lodi,the following trustees being present: C.A.black.J.M.Blodgett.
F.O.Hale.G.E.Lawremce and C.A.Rich. President Lawrence presiding.
The minutes of the meeting cf Jan.27.1913.wero read and
approved.
The following applications for buSding permits were read
and granted:
Haslam & Hanson,dweliing for Carter & Smith .n lots 2&3 b1k.12;
Ira N.Crese.adri.to dwg.on lot 11 blk 47,8&K Ada.;
W.T.Davis.tearing down bldg.on lot 8 blk 27;
M.!,.Snidy.tearing down bldg.on lot 10 bik 1,?est Lodi.
The reports of the City Mrs a1.Foundraster,Inspector of
Sewers.and City Engineer for the month of January,1913.were read and
approved.
A communication from a few parties complaning of the condit—
ion: of E.?ine Street.between Main and Stockton Streets.but s ggesting
no renedy.was read and referred to Street Committee.
A report from Superintendent Henning regarding, the Septic
tanx.and suggesting improveinents.and recommending the extension of
water and sewer .mains in the Northern part of the City,were read
and referred to the Public Utilities Committee.
ORDINANCE NC.70.
Ordinance No.70.entitled."An Ordinance Amending Subdivision
Number Twenty—nine of Section Number Fourteen of Ordinance Number
Sixty—five".was read and introduced.and,on motion of Blodgett.seconded
by Rich,laid on the table for not less than five days exclusive of
the day of introduction.
Various claims against the City amounting to 33100.2E.having
been approved for i.ayl:.ent by t'e Finance Co mittee.were allowed and
ordered paid.
On motion.the Board adjourned until Feb.10,1913.at
usual hour and place.
