In regular session of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Lodi.the following trustees being present: -.C.i?ale.G.E.Lawrence and
C.A.Rich. Absent: Trustees C.A.Black and J.M.Blodgett. President
Lawrence presiding.
The r.-,.nutes of the meeting of Jari.13.1913.were read and
approved.
The followinr• applications for building permits were read
and granted:
Catholic C^urc-.church or, lot. 5 clock 5;
The application of the Trustees of the Lodi School District
for permission to discharge the water from Emerson School roof into
the sewer on Hutchins Street was read and laid on the table.
n.?.Boden started a dlscusion of the matter of supplying,
water and sewers lines to the northern part of the town. The matter
was referred to Public Utilities Committee.
An able report from City Engineer McAfee on the result of
his investigations in regard to the boundary of the old townsite of
L:okelurrie.ard determining that there was no roadway or street along
the easy boundary,was read and accepted.

Ordinance No.OG.fixing rates for electric lighting.was read
and.on motion of Rich.seconded by Hale.ir.troduced and laid on the
table Ior not less than five days pursuant to adoption.

On notion of Trustee Rich the nap aforesaid was ordered filed.
ORDINANCE NC.G7.
Ordinance No.i7.establishing grades of the curbs and gutters
of the streets in the City of Lodi.was read and tntordu'ed.and.or
motion of Ric:^..seconded by Hale,iaid on the table for not less than
five days exclusive of the day of introduction.
C. notion.the Board ad,!ourned until Jan.27.1913.at the
usual hour and place.
