The minutes of the meeting ef Aug.19,19l2.weee read and
approved.
A petition fcr street lights on S.s'ac.St.was read and referred
tc Street Committee.
The application of City Street Improvement Cci pary for per—
mission improve }l.ir.e Street from Church ?'etcrirs Sts. was rea'.1.
It was moved by :_ale.seconded by 31ac.{.that the permit be
granted.
A.V.Priedgurger. .'r.Westfall and Hattie B.3ewley spoke
against the granting of the permit.

the permit.
A petition signed by a few of the property owners aFeel ng
that the permit be refused was read.

order for that meeting.
An easement signed by John r .-ender .granting the City the
right to lay sewer pipe across lot 9 bloc -e G.E.Lodi.and a deed signed
by S.Sanguinetti deeding the city a part of N.Scrool St..were read
and the cier}: instructed to have she sane recorded.
