In regular session cf the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi,
the folicv;ing trustees being I resent: J.M.Blodget,:.O.}ale,G.E.Lawrence,
C.P.Rich and L.Vi1.incer..President Lawrerce presiding.
The minutes of•the meeting of Jar.8,1e12, orad rear and approved.
Arthur E.Stonley was c,ranted a permit to construct e dwelling

Judge Jones stated that .'.e had been informed that there was a
case in which ti -.e city was interested on appeal in the Superior Court;
and suC::ested that the city e plcy a prosecuting attorn ey,to tai: care
of such matters.
