In regular session of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi
there w.re present Trustees Hale, Black and Folendorf. Trustees Keeney
and Deaver absent.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following building permits were granted:
Peter Berg, Pentacostal Mission Church on lots 1 and 2, block 7,
Lodi Barnhart Tract.
E. T. Wisner, dwelling for Mrs. 0. L. Wakefield on lots 3,block
4, East Lodi Addition.
Fred Bender, dwelling for Sam Lacrienmaier, on lot 15, block 11,
Lodi Barnhart Tract.
D. Beronio, private garage at 332 Daisy Avenue.
In the matter of proposals for furnishing pipe and fittings for
storm sewers in North School Street Trustee Black moved, seconded by
Trustee Folendorf, that the bid of Ed Spiekermian'of 4461.70 for cement
pipe laid be accepted. The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trust.es Folendorf, Hale and Black.
Noes: None.
Absent: Trust.es Deaver and Keeney.
Trustee Folendorf moved, seconded by Trustee Black, that the
matter of paving North School street be laid on the table to be taken
up again at the pleasure of the Board. The motion was adopted.
City Attorney Steele submitted a written report and recommenda—
tions in the matter of interest on city money in possession of the
Treasurer deposited in barks.
Trustee Folendorf moved, seconded by Trustee Black, the report
and recommendations of the City Attorney be accepted and ordered filed.
The motion: carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Folendorf, Black and Hale.
Noes: None.
Absent: Trustees Deaver and Keeney.
Bilis amounting to 4386.44 were allowed and ordered paid.
The Board adjourned.
