The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in regular ses-
sior. at 8:00 p. m. Th -.re were present Trustees Hale, Black, Keeney, Deaver
and Folendorf.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
ORDINANCE NUMBER PNINE'TY-ONE,
UAn Ordinance Levying Taxes in the Year 1917 in Provision of Reve-
nue for the Pascal Year Beginning July 1, 1918,u fixing the tax rate at
*1.00 was introduced and read.
Trustee Black moved, seconded by Trustee Keeney, the adoption of
the ordinance as read. The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Hale, Black, Keeney, Deaver and PPolendorf.
Noes: ;lone.
Absent: gone.
This date being a legal holiday and the Board having convened
for the sole purpose of fixing the tax rate in compliance with law no P
further business was taken up.
The Board adjourned to meet again at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, Sep-
tember *, 1917. r
