Pursuant to the call of the President of theBoard the Board of
Trustees of the Olty convened in special session .at $:000 c.r. There
were•? present Truatees :ale, Black, Keeney, Deaver and Polerdor'•
The City Clerk being absent Trustee Zeeney was selected to act
as Cit; Clerk pro tem.
:finites o: to previous meeting were read and approved.
Trustee ^lack rePor,ted that the prov.i3ions set in motion at the
previous meeting relative to guarantee to .furnish 600 gallons of water
from oroposed well on the City lot could not be complied with and
thereupon .:loved that said action be rescinded. The motion .,las seconded
by Trustee Foiendorf and regularly carried.
Trustee Black moved, seconded by Trustee _olerdorf, that the Ci
City Proceed to bora a well on the City lot. Carried.
A motion by Trustee Deaver er :,at bids for drilling and casing i
for the new well be called for received no s acond.
Trustee _oiandorf moved, seconded by Trustee Biact, that 1.3.
Elul el ba employed l.;y the City to drill a 12—inch well or. the City lot
on the following schedule of prices:
.75 per foot for the 1st 100 feet;
1.50 u u a u 2d u u
2.25 a 11 11 a Zµ a a
3.00 a a a a e f u u
.77 additional per foot for every 100 feet thereafter,price
to include driving o:c:3ing the casing to be purchased by the city;
with the understanding tat work Start the comong week and be rushed
to completion as early as possible.. The Motion was carried.

Upon motion of Trustee Keeney, regularly made, seconded and
carried, the salary of Superintendent J. A. Henning was fixed at .43175
per
oon motion of Trustee :olendorf it was decided to purchase
from tha Puller Lumber Company 50 1' -foot benches 4 ;1.25 and 20 7 -
foot benches 4 85 cents each..
The Board adjourned.
