Trustee ^lack rePor,ted that the prov.i3ions set in motion at the previous meeting relative to guarantee to .furnish 600 gallons of water from oroposed well on the City lot could not be complied with and thereupon .:loved that said action be rescinded. The motion .,las seconded by Trustee Foiendorf and regularly carried. Trustee Black moved, seconded by Trustee _olerdorf, that the Ci City Proceed to bora a well on the City lot. Carried. A motion by Trustee Deaver er :,at bids for drilling and casing i for the new well be called for received no s acond. Trustee _oiandorf moved, seconded by Trustee Biact, that 1.3.
