The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened 1n regular
session _a 8:00 p.. , there being present Trustees :'ale', 3iacr:, Keeney,
Deaver and iolendorf.
Minutes of the previous __zeti_U were read and approved.

Wilkinson having applied for renewal of their liquor licenses, the ap—
plications and bonds raving been filedµnd advertised accordance'
with t ".e ov_Sicns of Ordinance :o. 78 the City of Lodi, the bonds
having been aT:_•roved by the _President of the Board and no protests :lav—
iro been filed, .Trustee Keeney moved, seconded by Trustee :oiendorf,
that I!':e annual licuor licenses a_ lied for be renewed. The motion
was unanimously carried.
Trustee Black moved, seconder: by Trustee Keeney, that Mr. Mason
be waited iron by the President of the Board in the matter of water ten—
dered the City of Lodi, the result to be reported to the Board. Carried.
Trustee Black moved, seconded by Trustee Folendorf, t: -.at the
necessary steps be taken to sin: a well on the City lot, contract for
such well to include a guarantee to furnish 600 gallon of water per
:."_'??tate without diminishing the supply cf water in the present -wells.

grant Permits to Lodi merchants to sell fire crackers

Miscellaneous claims amounting to 4310.10 were allowed and or—
dered paid.
