In regular nf:nnnilint session of the Bard of Trustees of the City
of Lodi held this date there were present Trustees Ea1e,Black,ueerey,
Leaver and Folerdorf.
Minutes Of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Building permits were granted as follows:
John L. Michelson, poultry house and garage at 310 East Pine St.
James ^ulbertscn,dwelling, lot 6, Brier Subdivision.
0.A.Schroeder,dwelling on S.45 feet of lots 20 y- 25,Schroeder
Addition.
Yrs. A. M. Phillips, private garage at 530 East Pine St.
Angeline Thompson,_•rivate stable. on int 16, block 48, Brier &
Keeney Addition.
Lodi Mill & Manufacturing Company, to remodel and build addition
to planing Hill on north Stockton Street, between- Pine and. Elm StS.
J. N. Ballantyne, representing the Frank H. Buck Con:pary, re-
quested the Board to grant permission to his company to extend a spur
track switch 130 feet south to better serve their fruit -shed at the
corner of Mair and Locust Streets,";?aereupon the follcwirg resolution
was introduced:

wEE! EAS, the Frank E. Suck Company has made a request for a per-
mit to move and extend the spur track switch located on 'sir- street,
ir. the City of Lodi, to a point 130 feet south of its present location,
and as more clearly defined and shown on the blue print attached, ex-
tension of said track being for the purpose of better serving its in-
dustrial Site, and it appearing that said extension of said switch
will not interfere with the transaction of other business it this local-
ity; therefore be it
RESOLVED, -:y the City Trustees of the City of Lodi that a per-
mit be, and it is hereby, granted to the said Frank " Buck Copany
to move said switch connection one hundred and thirty (130) feet south
of it: present location, said permit being granted upon condition that
this Board reserves the right to revoke this permit at any time.
Trustee. Black moved; seconded by Trustee Folerdorf, the adoption
of the above resolution as read, which motion was carried by the fol-
loZ"•in:T vote: Ayes: Trustees Bale, Black, Keeney, Deaver and Foiendorf.

Church, were present and requested the Board to proceed with the paving

ORDINANCE NC 89,
"An Ordinance Amending Secticn Two of Ordinance Number Thirty-
HiE t and Repealing Ordinance Number Seventy -Seven", was introduced,
read, and upon: motion 1; id upon the table for not less tar five days.
The proposition o: Ja' s C. Stafford to cppraiSe, real estate val-
ues in the City of Lodi, as outlined in a letter to the Board, was not
adorted.
L.iscellaneous bills amounting to 4759.57 ;ere alloyed and ordered
paid.
UDC': notion the Board ad ourned to meet again at 8:00 p.r. "on -
