L.E.Happell, County Chemist and Food Inspector requested ..he
Board to pass an ordinance regulating the delivery of milk in bottles
and also the sanitary condition of stores where_feodi are kept on
3%ale.
The City Clerk reported that in preparin_ the tax roll the
aosessL.ent of the property -of G.L.Meisener was inadvertently omit-
ted from the roll. Upon motion of Trustee Kenty, seconded by Trustee
Folendorf, the following resolution was introduced and read and was
adopted by the affirmative votes of all members present:
RESOLUTION.
HE?EMS, The City Clerk in making up the City.. Tax Roll for
1916 inadvertently omitted from such roll the assessment of the
rop:'-rty of Georg L. Meissner, amounting to 439.70; and
'7i? REAS, :ar. Meissner insists on paying such tax at this time

Superintendent Henning presented a report of the sanitary anal-
ysis of water used in `he City of Lodi made by the Bureau of Sani-
tary Engineering of tr1 State Board of Health, which report was very
favorable,statin;; that the samples submitted were •exceptionally
free of organic ?matter and regarded as thcroughly safe to health
ern .;aeisfaetory for drinking pur Doses.
Miscelianeeus claims against the City amounting to 43979.28
- were allowed and ordered paid. -
Upon motion the Board adjourned until Wednesday, November 8,
1916, at 8:00 p.m.
