The Board o; Trustees of the City of Lodi conv'ned pursuant
to adjournment of August 28th at 3:00 p. m., there being present
Trustees Sale, Black, Keeney, Deaver and Folendorf.
:.,Mate of the previous meeting were read and approved.
President G. E. Lawrence of the Board of Freeholders was
present and the matter of the employment of a Special attorney to
as.iiJt in the completion of the new charter was taken -up for dis—
cussion. City Attorney Steele being absent action in the Tatter was
deferred.
Toon motion or Trustee Slack, seconded by Trustee Deaver,
the Board adjourned to meet again at 10:00 o ' clock a. n:. Thursday;
august 31, 1916.
