The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in reg -
.:lar session at $:00 p. m., thereDeing Present Trustees Hale, Black
and Keeney; absent Trustees Deaver and Polendorf.
MiruteS of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Building permits were granted as follows:
S. F. Madison, lath and green house at 118 West Lodi Ave.
3. A. Jackson, addition to dwelling at 212 North Main St.
R. B. O'Dell, poultry house at 436 East Walnut Street.
-Report of Plumbing Inspector Henning for September was read
and ordered filed.
Report of City Clerk for quarter ending September 30,1915,
was read and ordered filed.
Is: Slauson of the Mason Hospital asked for a reduction in
1i-7-:iting rate from 6 'cents to 4 cents. Referred to Committee of the
whole.
Chief Start recuested the Board to have discontinued the
practice of using the ;ire Department's good hose for sewer flushing
as it i3 -being injured by vehicles driving over it. Referred to Chair-
man. Black of the Public Utilities Committee.
Forest Reynolds, 506 East Pine. Street, asked the Board to
refund to hila a portion of his taxes, claiming an error in assess—
ment-The Clerk was instructed to ascertain the legal _tanner of ma.f-
