The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in regu—
lar session at 8:00 p.m. There were present Trustees Hale, Black and
Keeney. Absent, 'Trustees Deaver and Folendorf.
Lir_utes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Applications for building permits were received and grant—
ed as fellows:
Yrs.J.F.F:illiamsori,dwelling at 323 East Elm Street.
J E.!-itnting, private garage lot 19, block 8, East Lodi.
Report of the City Marshal for the rcntr_ of September was
read an ordered filed.
Report of the City Treasurer for the quarter ending Sep—
tember 30, 1915, was read and ordered filed

A petition signed by Thos. C. Fawley, L. F. Dawson and
Jacob Ferris requested the Board to take steps to straighten the south
line of East Elm street fro:. Garfield street to Cherokee Lane by va—
cating and abandoning a strip of land ten feet wide fronting on
lots 1, 2 and 3, block 50, Brier Keeney Addition, was presented
ana rend.
Trustee Black moved, seconded :;y Trustee Keeney, that the

as petitioned for. The motion was adopted by the following vote:
