The Board of Trustees of the.City of Lodi convened pursu-
ant to adjournment of Tune 7th. There were present Trustees Hale,
Black, Deaver and Folendorf. Trustee Keeney absent.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following permits were granted:
Ottilie Morrow, dwelling on lot 7, block. C,Barnhart Tract.
Jas.Culbertson, to remodel dwelling; on lot 1, block 2, Cor-
dier Tract.
A. M. Tower, to remove building from 101 West Elm Street
to 209 North School Street.
The monthly report of City Plumbing Inspector Henning was
read and ordered filed.
„ certified copy of Decision #2453 of the Railroad Com-
mission granting the Southern Pacific Company the right to build a
spur track at grade across Railroad Avenue to serve the Shell Co:e-
par was read and ordered filed.
Upon motion Trustee Black was authorized to treat the new
roof of the septic tank with a suitable preparation to preserve the
same.
Upon motion of Truatee Black, seconded by Trustee _olen-
dorf, , the action of the Fire Department in naming F. H. Stark, Chief;
Bert Wakefield, First Assistant Chief; and George Hunting, Second
Assistant Chief, for the year beginning July 1, 1915, was con-
firmed and the above named were declared to be the officers for the
coming year.
Upon motion regularly made, seconded and carried Trustee
Black was appointed a committee to interview the Sanguinetti heirs
in regard to securing the right to use water from the gas well;
also to investigate as to a proper location for the swimming tank
and to report to the Board konday, June 21st.
Labor and other claims to the amount of 0425.69 were al-
lowed and ordered paid.
Upon motion, the Board adjourned.
