The Board of Trustees of the City Of Lodi convened in regular
Session at 8:00 p.n., there being present Truwtees Hale, Black, Deaver,
t:e?ney, tolendorf. President of the Board Tale presided.
Minutes of they previous m-eting were read and approved.
George W. VanNoate Jr. was granted permission to build addi-
tion to dwelling on lots 23 and 24, block 4, Lodi Barnhart Tract.
The resignation of Poundmaster E. E. Schultz was accepted and
Jas. A. n'ug; es was appointed subject to the approval of the City
liar s hal .
The report of Plumbing Inspector Henning for December was read
and ordered filed.
The report Of supe: in_tendent Henning and Engineer Barzellotti
upon tae completion of sewer and water extensions in the Barnhart
Tract was read and ordered fit d.
The annual report of City Engineer Barzeliotti_was read and
placed on file.
Upon recommendation of Superintendent Henning the Public
Utilities Committee was authorized to hake some necessary improve-
ments at the septic tare'.
Superintendent Henning was granted fifteen days leave Of
absence.
The quarterly report of Treasurer Lorenz was read and ordered
f'i'led.
Miscellaneous claims amounting to $3e11.93, having been ap-
proved by the finance committee, were allowed and ordered paid.
Superintendent Henning was instructed to install a street
light at the corner of Daisy and Lincoln Avenues.
The oily Clerk was 1ustructed to write the California Trac-
tion CorpaiVn' T t company to run all its passenger cars to the end
of the line on North Sacramento street.
The board adjourned.
