In regular session of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Lodl,tne following Trustees being present:Black,Folendorf,Hale and
Ke,ney. Absent:Trustee Deaver. President Hale presiding..
City C1erk,H.S.Clark being absent Trustee Keeney was appointed to
act as City Clerk Pro.Tem.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following applications for building permits were read
and granted:
C.L.Taggart,Garage on Lot 14,B1k 9,East Lodi Add.
W'.D.voorheis & Son,Garage on Lots 1 & 2,Blk 20,City of Lodi
Henry Fink, am & woodshed on LotslO & 11,B1k10,Barnhart
° ,Chicken house on Lots 10 & 11,B1k 10,
J.A.Look,remodel dwelling at 321 Tokay St.
L.Villinger,Garage on Lot 4,Blk 35,City of Lodi.
W.J.Wauchope was granted a permit to store a fifty gallon
tank of Gasoline at 303 E. Elm Street.
The application of Henry Wilhite for position as street
sweeper on East Pine street was read and ordered filed.
The appointment or w.H.Lorenz as Deputy City Harshal and
Tax Collector, on motion of Trustee Black, seconded by Trustee Fol-
endort, was confirmed.
The Superintendents certificate of acceptance of street
work on East Pine street, from the east line of Stockton street to
the eastern line of the City limits, was read and ordered filed.
A communication from Eaton & Buckley of Stoukton regard-
ing the deeding to the city of the south 40 feet of lot 28 of Lar -
son's Addition to Lodi, and the refunding of 013.25 taxes paid by
them during the past five years, was read and referred to the Commit-
tee of the Whole.
The report of the City Clerk for the quarter ending Septem-
ber 30, 1914, was read and ordered filed.
Street superintendent H.B.Colemen presented affidavits of
the posting of notices of street work to be done on Pine street in
accordance with Resolutions of Intention Nos. 10, 11 and 12, which
affidavits were read and ordered filed.
The board adjourned.
