The first meeting of tho :ew Board of Trustees elected April 13,15:14,con-
vened in regular session at 1C;3C p.m., there being present F. O. Hale,
C. Black, :Lar Folendorf, 2. 7.4eney,and E.E. Dever.

mously eac.cted 7resid:nt of the Board.
The bona of City .Clerk was presented, apTrovoa c:na filed 7:ith the Presi-
a-nt of the card.
;. committee of three consisting of Trustees *Hack, Deaver and Zeoney was
acpeinted to draft suitable resolutions of appreciation to be presented
to the retiring city officers.
7ron motion regularly made ana seccnded the City ingineer was instructed
to ascertain the width of sid,walk reuired to clear trees in the atter of
rc_ving East Pine street.
Upon motion of Deaver, seconded by Black, the Clerk Was instructed to rro-
rare an ordinance amending section :o. 2 of Crdinace ::o. 58, giving Troper
idth of street paring and sidewalks to clear shade trees, the ordinance to
be published in the Lodi Sentinel.
Upon motion the Board adjourned to meet emir. at E p.m. Lyril
C'ty
