In regular session of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Lodi,the following trustees being present: C.A.Black,J.M.Blodgett,
F.O.Hale.G.E.Lawrence and C.A.Rich. President Lawrence presiding.
the minutes of the meeting of Feb.2.1914,were read and
approved.
A petition for street
and Flora Streets with Garfield
Utilities Committee.
A communication from
on the "Home Rule in Taxation"
Committee of the Whole.

St. was read and referred to Public
League of California Municipalities
amendment was read and referred to
The matter of Water and Sewers between Daisy and Woodbridge
Avenues near the city limits was referred to Public Utilities Com..
as was also the request of J.M.Paul ftr a street light at the corner
of Daisy and Lincoln.
The report of Marshal Coleman and Supt.Henning on the matter
of a signal ligt for the night officers was referred to Committee
of the Whole.
The report of the Plumbing Inspector for the month of Jan.
was received and filed.
A detailed report and recommendation from City Engineer
Barzellotti on the matter of drainage and street improvement was
read and referred to Committee of the Whole.
The following applicatons of r 3uilding Permits were read
gran.,ed:
J.G.Anderson.garage on lot 3 block 38;
D.W.Aronhalt.dwelling on lot 4 block A A&: Ada.;
Ann Hutchins,screen porch at 24 W.Lodi Ave.;
H.N.Madison,adaition to garage on lot 8 block 16;
J.L.Michelsen,remodelli. g dwelling on lot 2 block 39;
B.F.Waiting.display bungalow on lot 4 block 20.
Supt.Henning was requested to have the weeds cut away from
around the fire hydrants.
On motion of 31ack.seco:ded by Rich.it was ordered that
Mrs.C.Rutledge be paid 625.00 for the old band stand.
Claims against..the City amounting to 840.8,42 were allowed
and ordered payed.
On motion the Board adlournecuntil Feb.24..1914,at. the
usual hour and place.
