The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in reg-

Minutes of the previous meeting Were read and approved.
This being the time designated by law :or fixing the tax
rate the following ordinance was introduced for passage:
ORDI2,A11071. NO. 114.
0An Ordinance Lav,ying Taxes in the year 1920 in Provision
of Revenue for the fiscal year beginning July 1st, 1921.0
Upon motion of Trustee Rich, seconded by Trustee Hale,the
foregoing ordinance was adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Rich, Hale and Montgomery.
Noes: Nona.
Absent: Trustees Crose and Hickok.
The tax rate having been fixed as required by law and this
date being a legal holiday, the Board a or. motion of Trustee Hale,
seconUei by Trustee Rich, adjourned until t3 o'clock p.m., Tuesday,
September 7th, 1920.
