The Board c= Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in rag—
ulax session ata o'clock =.m., there being present Trustees Black,
Hale, Cr ose and Morehead. Trustee Montgomery absent.

Healy. Officer Hopkins asked for two week's leave of absence
which on motion was granted.
The a3p1"acation of H. 3. Stannard for employement as Super—
intendent of Streets to serve under the City Planning Commission: was
read and orderdd filed.
Report of t1_? City Lars11a1 for the month of November was
read and ord.red filed.
E. S. Hagan was granted permission to move a dwelling from
outside the City to lot 10, block j, Barnhart Tract.
Continental Inatsrance Company's policy No. 52'4`+, covering
42000 on the municipal baths for three years, expiring recerber 2nd,

Trustee Hale moved, seconded by Trustee Morehead, that where—
.a3 a:Juth School Street will be paved in the near future, Superinten—
dent Henning be authorized to proceed with the ;pork of laying sixty
feet of 14 --incl; concrete pi_ e -across said South School Street near
the south City Limits, said 14.—inch pipe to form a part of sewer
main to be be installed later. The motion was adopted.
Bills a.mo unting to '44847.06 were allowed and ordered paid.
No further business appearing the Board adjourned until the
