The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi convened in reg—
ular adjourned session at 8 o'clock p.m., there being present Trustees
Black,.male, Grose, Montgomery and Morehead.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Building permits were granted as follows:
'red Spoerke, dwelling, lot 3, Black Tract.
0. U. Harriman, dwelling, lot 1, block 2, City of Loaf.
Alex Kels, addition to dwelling, 215 W. First Street.

City Treasurer's report for the quarter ending Tune 30th
ordered referred to the finance committee.
City Plumbing Inspector's report for the mcnth of June
ordered filed.
ORDINANCE NO. 106,
"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING GRADES, GRADE ELEVATIONS AND CURB
LINES ON CERTAIN STREETS AND AVENUES, IN THE CITY OF LODI, CALIFORNIA,
AND DEFINING TH TERM "CURB RETURN"; DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING THE
LOCATION OR GUTTERS, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, OR PARTS OF OR—
DI.NA_`TCES, IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDI.NANCE," having been introduced
June 30th and laid on the table for not less than five days, was
given second reading and, upon motion of Trustee Montgomery, seconded
by Trustee sorehead, was adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees Montgomery, Mcrehead,Crose,'H'ale
Noes: Nona.
Absent: None.

Miscellaneous bills and labor claims amounting to $6772.92
were allowed and ordered paid.
