In regular adjourned session of the Board of Truatees of the City of Lodi, held this date, there were present Trustees Black,Crose and Xeeney., Trustees Montgomery and Hale absent. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Buildirg permits were granted as follows: J. C. Evans, dwelling, lot 16, block 10, Barnhart Tract. A. C. Boehmer, dwelling.lot 1, block 1, kutc hits Oak Street Addition. L. F. Jensen, dwelling lot 4, block 2, Hutchins Addition. ?Fred Bender, dwelling, lot 10, block 5, Barnhart Tract. ORDINANCE NO. 105, NAn ordinarce establishing grades, grade elevations and curb lines on certain streets and avenues, in the City of Lodi, California, and defining the term 'Curb Return', defining and establishing the lo— cation of gutters, and repealing all ordinances, or parts or ordin— ances, in conflict with this ordinance,w having been introduced 'Feb— ruary 17th, and laid on the table for not less than five days, was given final reading and on motion of Trustee Keeney, seconded by Trus— tee Crose, was adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Keeney, Crose and Black. Noes: None. Absent: Trustees Hale and Montgomery. RESOLUTION NO. 37, Adopting Standard Specifications for Grading and Paving and the Construction of Combined Curb and Gutters, and Sidewalks. RESOLVED, that the specifications for grading and paving and the construction of combined curb and gutter and of sidewalks, for the improvement of streets in the City of Lodi, California, as pre— pared by the City Engineer of said City and submitted this 7th day or March, A.D.1.919, be, and the same are hereby adopted as the official specifications for the classes of work specified in the various see— ._ tions thereof, and that said specifications shall be known and des— ignated SP^CIt'ICATI0NS No. 100 of the City of Lodi. Upon motion of Trustee Keeney, seconded b1 Trustee Crose, the foregoing resolution was adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees Keeney, Crose and Black. Noes: Ndne.
