corporation, has offered to convey to the City of Lodi, for road pur-
poses, that certain strip Of land in the City of Lodi, Consisting of
two fifty -foot lots and particularly described as follows:

as said lots and block are delineated and so deaig ated upon that
certain Map entitled Moran -Handel Tract, filed April 2nd, 1907, at
3:15 p.^., in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
