Minutes of the previous meeting were read and apPro"ved.
Proposals were received for furnishing one 125 H.P. motor or
on' 150 H.P. motor from General Electric Compa-y , Eairba _'ss _:orae Company

and Superior Manufacturing Comtany. upon motion the matter of accept—
ance or rejection of Proposals received was laid over until the next
regular meeting.

City allowing the California Fruit Exchange to use 4 portion of Locke—

the City Attorney .-as authorized to make demand upon th? 30ard of Sup—
ervisors for the return to the City of money collected in fines for
violation of the Star Traffic laws.
Miscellaneous claims against the City amounting to $633.C7
were allowed and ordered raid.
