In regular session of the Board of Trustees of the City of
L011 there were present Trustees Hale, slack, 1,Leeney, Deaver and ol—
en•lorf.

The report of George Tinter, accountant, employed to audit the
City's accounts from April 1,1913, to February 28, 1918, was presented,
read and upon motion was regularly accepted and ordered filed.
Upon n tion of Trustee Keeney, seconded by Trustee _olendorf,
the daily _oay of George 'alker, employed in the public utilities depart—
ment, was fixed at $4+.00 from March 10th to April 3Oth, inclusive; the
daily wage of Frank Freshour, employed in the same department, :vas fixed
at x3.50 fro.,.:.:arch 17th to April 30th, inclusive.
Upon notion of Trustee Deaver, seconded by Trustee 'ee.ey, the
consideration of bids' submitted on electric motors was made the special
order of business for a meeting of the" Board •t0• be held,- Wednesday,'iarch.

sale liquor license issued to the Lodi Soda Works i Ice Depot, was upon
Lotion of Truster? Deaver, seconded by Trustee Folendorf, referred back

The application of W. A. Young for permit t0 remove two elm.
trees on the east side of lot 4, block 33, airy of Lodi, was referred to •
the Superintendent of streets.
Upon motion regularly rade, seconded. and carried, the Board
adjourned to meet again Wednesday, .;Parch 20th, at 8 O'clock P. M.
Miscellaneous claims against the city amounting to 43'+18.62
were allowed and ordered paid. OS
