Nionday,Oc.ober 8,1923.
Pursuant to adjournment duly taken from the regular meet-
ing of October lst.,thecBoard of Trustees of the City of Lodi
met in adjourned regular session at 8 o'clock P.M. on the date
and at the place first above written; Trustees Hale,Hickok,
Mettler,Spooner and Shattuck present, the latter presiding.
The minutes ofthe meeting of October 1st were approved
as read;
In the matter of the improvement of Washington Street
under Resolution of Intention No.63; this being the date set for
the reception of objections to the assessment and the Clerk re-
porting none filed; the assessment was approved and a warrant for
collection of amounts due ordered issued by the adoption of Res-
olution No; 425 by the following vote: -
AYES: Trustees, Hale,Hickok,Mettler Spooner,Shattuck;'
NOES: Trustees, None. ABSENT: Trustees, None;
Said 'resolution is filed in Docket labeled ffashington
Street t63 in the office of the City Clerk
On motion of Trustee Lettler, seconded by Trustee Metter,
the Municipal Baths were ordered to close October 15th; the man-
ager to remain for such time thereafter as might be necessary.
After discussion, the tentative date of May let.,1924 was set
for re -opening;
A communication from Von Detten,lienry and Goodrum ask-
ing that a date be set for conferance in the matter of Lind
and the opening of Hutchins Street, Trustee Spooner moved that
the matter of passing Resolution Ordering the Work be post-
poned to October 15th; motion carried;
City Engineer Barzellotti submitted a rough plat of a

proposed subdivision of a part of -Lot 6,Block 13,Hutchins ::d-
dition and same was approved on motion of Trustee Hale, with
0
the proviso that the finished map be presented in due form.
Four building permits were granted on motion of Trustee
Spooner, that of 0.H.'We11s conditionally upon the erasure of
a marquee from the plans. Total value of permits $5,425.00
Bilis agregatirg 686.00 Dollars were allowed on motion
of Trustee Sp:;over.
On motion of Trustee Hale, the Board adjourned;
