J. `.7. Shattuck stated that the :ire Departaent needed a rack to dry hose and about 1000 feet more of hose. He was trathorized to construct the rack and the matter of idle rose referred to the purchasing commit tee. A letter from the City Planning'ommission asking the Board refuse all permits far bill -boards in t City and hasten the re- pair of cuts in the streets, wasordered filed. The Board then took up the matter of the improvement of Mora Street, formai proceedings having been found faulty. All previous actionsin regard to the ?lora Street improvement were rescinded and ordered stricken from the files by the passage ' of Resolution No. 299. ATS: Trustees Spooner, Mettler, Shattuck. _a0E3: Trustees, hone. ASSENT: Hale, Hickok. Resolution No. 300 adopting the diagram for the assessment district was passed by the following vote: - AYES: Trustees : .Iettler, Spooner, Shattuck. NOES: Trustees none. A3S3ITT: Trustees Hale and i iota. Resolution 'To. 301 adopting Plans and Specifications for the improvement was then passed by the following.. vote: AYES: Trustees Spooner .-elettler, Shattuck. NO'S : None. ABSENT. Trustees Hale, Hickok. Resolution Of Intention No. 59 for the Improveaent of Flora Street was then passed by the following vote: Mettler, Spooner, Shattuck. TDO:, 3 : None ABSENT: Trustees Hale, Hickok. The City Superintandant was ordered to clean up Cit;, lot on East Elm. . the Clerk stated that nei hors thought that City should lay walks in front of the lot. Quarterly reports `roti the Treasurer and City `Teri were sub- mitted and ordered filed. The President appointed. Trustee Spooner to the vacancies ex- isting it the various coinni ttees on which Loren' r Trustee 0, _.Rich had served. The Board decided to meet as a committee of the .hole on July 27th to consider the new building ordinance. On motion of Trustee Spooner , the Board adjourned to July 31, 1922 at S o'clock ?.:._.
