were aeproved without correction.
The City Eneineer presented a - ia:-re_=. delineati_ --e acsesseent
of property in the district assessed for the improvement of :1:: Street
and tie sane :pas adopted as ediag_a_. for the said assessment by the
passage of Resolution .:o. 196 bythe following vote:

Absent: Trustees, Crose.
This being the date set by the Clerk of the Beard of Trustees
by advertisement duly posted and published as by lar required for the
_Tearing of protests against the issuance of Street Improvement Bonds
to cover the unpaid assessments in the ::atter of the improvement of
Seaton Avenue under Resolution of Intention 1 o. 30, and no protests
having been filed up to the hour of 8 o'clock B.E., the Board adopt-
ed Resolution ;o. 197, determining the number and amounts cf these
assessments as Were fully set fcrt'. therin by the folio;ine. vote:
Ayes: Trustees, Hickok, Rich, Hale, Mentgcnery.

Absent: Trustees, Crose.
Subsequent to the passage cf the preceeding resolution, the

read in which he applied for a:'. increase of salary due tc the .deny

..n_ani' ously carried, the salary of the Health Officer was placed at
y50.00 per month effective November let, 1921.

In the ratter of the claim feer damages of Helen L. Bennett,
the City ..,..Norley .:as ranted further time for consideration of a set-
tlement.
