AGENDA TITLE: Acceptance of Improvements Under Lane Line Painting, Various City Streets, 1997

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements under Lane Line Painting,
Various City Streets, 1997 contract, and direct the City Engineer to file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The project was awarded to Traffic Limited, of Lodi, on
August 20, 1997, in the amount of $20,856.78. The contract has
been completed in substantial conformance with the specifications
approved by the City Council.
The contract completion date was November 4, 1997. The final contract price was $20,856.78.
FUNDING: As determined at contract award.
