The Board :_aving delayed action in the matter of a;varding the as purche of transformers to this date it alas determined that though the Pittsburgh Transformer Comp's bid was the lowest in price yet o -,-,,in- to the distance to the nearest available stock,(Pittsburgh), and also to the fact that the aerformance factors of these transformers were not mentioned in the bid, that the award should be made to the 'Wagner Electric Company. This -was done by the adoption of Resolution Y:o.159 declaring all other bids rejected by the following vote: - Ayes, Trustees, Rich, Halle, Crose and *70ntgomery. Noes, Truste,s, cone. Absent, Trustees, Hickok.
