of the City of Lodi met in adjourned regular session at 1,30 P.M.
on thr day and date above written and on call of the roll, there
were present, Trustees Montgo:aery,Crose, Hale, Hickok and Rich.
After discussion it was decided to paint the exterior of the bath-
house, uroviding the cost would not exceed 0200.00
Trustee Hickok, seconded by Trustee Rich moved that so much of
=-esolution No.123 entitled " A resolution approving plaas,specif-
ioations and diagram for the improvement of Main Street and of
Seaton Ave." be rescinded in so far as same concerned the improv-
ement of Main Street. the motion was unanimously carried.
Plans, specifications and a district diagram having been pre-
pared by the City Engineer, Trustee Croae, seconded by Trustee
Hickok, moved the adoption of Resolution No.129

THE IMPROVEMENT OF SLAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF LODI.

WHEREAS, L.R.Barzellotti, City Engineer of this City of Lodi,
has prepared certain plans and specifications for the improvement of
MAIN STREET from the South Line of Lockeford Street to the North Line
of Lodi Avenue, and
W=EAS, said City Engineer has also prepared a certain diagram
delineating the extent of the distict, to be assessed for the improve-
ment of said Main Street,
BE, IT T�EFOR?. RESOLVED, that the above mentioned plans, spec-
ifications and diagram are hereby approved and adopted

Trustee Hale, seconded by Trustee Hickok, moved that the cleric be
instructed to inform Superintendent C.E.Gaylord of the Southern Pac-
ific A.R. that the board would take action as to the paving of the

at the first regular meeting in Mav and that unless the board was
informed that the company would take up the matter by private contract
that a resolution of intention would be passed at that time.
On motion of Trustee Cross, seconded -by Trustee Hickok, the board
adjourned until 8.00 -o'clock. P.M. April 11th., 1921.
