Pais art to adjournment taken i.uril i t:i._, the Hoard of Trustees of the City of Lodi met in adjourned regular session at 1,30 P.M. on thr day and date above written and on call of the roll, there were present, Trustees Montgo:aery,Crose, Hale, Hickok and Rich. After discussion it was decided to paint the exterior of the bath- house, uroviding the cost would not exceed 0200.00 Trustee Hickok, seconded by Trustee Rich moved that so much of =-esolution No.123 entitled " A resolution approving plaas,specif- ioations and diagram for the improvement of Main Street and of Seaton Ave." be rescinded in so far as same concerned the improv- ement of Main Street. the motion was unanimously carried. Plans, specifications and a district diagram having been pre- pared by the City Engineer, Trustee Croae, seconded by Trustee Hickok, moved the adoption of Resolution No.129 R✓SOTUTI0ii NO. 129 A RHSOI,UTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIPICATIONS AND DIAGRAM POR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SLAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF LODI.
