The regular meetive of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi
-,vas called to order at a. 00 o'clock P.M. and or. call of the roll there
were present Trustees LontOI:tery,;:ale, Croae, Hicitok and Ucn.

A communication from Geor .e H. Seibert usitind+ for permission to
o rate a lunch wagon or the streets of the city was ref erred to the
pier_: with instructions that a license should iJeue and be c:iarged
for at the rate of 415.00 per quarter.
A coicounication from the City Planning Coa:Liission maitine recoeSii-
e datiora as to the future extension of the city limits, the adoption
of a building ordinance and the procuring or setting aside of ;mound
for Public .paay- rounde was read and discussed. The cleric was instruct -
ea to notify the commission that the sum nations, were received with
pleasure by the board and ti:at the same would be considered ;filen the
matters mentioned calve before the board.
Thirteen building p -r its• for buildings to cost $41,305 were
granted.

with the Byron -Jackson Iron :rorcts on 1)ena1f of the city and also
ieeue a warrent in the amount of one-fourth of the purchase price
of the two units as the first payment thereon.

so as to avoid confusion with existing Lames , it was t.:ecided that
a.. resolution would be introduced at a later date, changing this street

Ordinance ivo.119 having been regularly introduced at a regular -
meeting held Larch 21et.,Truetee Crose; seconded by Trustee Hickok,
