In the absence of the :. •!or and on motion of Councilman Spooner, seconded by councilman '.:eihe, Council -an Clark was unanimously chosen i:ayor protein and opened the meeting. :ne minutes of the last regular meeting held June 7th, 1937 were read, approved as read and so indorsed by the tayor. ITo persons appearing at this time the order of Public Hearings was passed. On motion of Councilman Spooner, seconded by �otnci.:an sra:'figaa the eats of hearing on the proposed zoning ordinance was set at 8:00 o'clock P. LT. of Tuesday, July S, 1937, and the clerk was directed by the sane motion to publish the notice required by law. Ca :notion of Councilman areffi.'rza, seconded b -r Councilman 47eihe, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for sealed bids for legal publications to be had during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1938.
