Councilman 3reffigna, Spooner, Clark, Wei -he and Steele present, none absent. The Clerk submitted a proposal on behalf of A. F. Harrison, who had audited the City's accounts for the fiscal year ended ,dune 38, 1934, wherein L:r. Harrison proposed to make a careful audit for the rears 1935 and 1936 at a cost of $850.00. Cn motion of Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman a a.figna, the execution of an agreement for this service was authorized for a sum not tc exceed $8500.00. Spooner and 3raffi.gna publicly and before t'e other members of the Council checked the returns of the election as submitted by the City Clerk.
