The City Clerk filed a written report on to election of April 14, 1936 statim that said election had been held and co.. noted in accordance with law, resolution and ordinance and tiat all absent voters ballots su?_:1ied by him .._d been returned, voted. Councilmen, Sooner and araffigna and the City Clerk 'Chen nrooeeded as a canvassing board to canvass the returns of this election as received from the various precincts.
