The City Council of the City of Lodi met in re -',:lar session

he City Clerk was authorized to purchase repair parts for
the City's str=et sweeper at an estimated cost of 9'6271.67.
xt .he suggestion of Itayor Steele, the Committee on Streets
and Hia'r.Ways was directed to investigate the feasibility of
.:sing "--r-employed" labor in street cleaning, especially in the

erly reports for the quarter ended September 30, 1932 and the same

In the matter of a proposed change in the application of
state gasoline tax moneys advocated by the California State Auto-
mobile AZ30Ciation and the Auto Club of Southern California,
the Council adopted the following :-

hereby endorse and approve that certain resolution adopted
September 29, 1932 by the League of California .,:unicipalities f
in convention at San Diezo relating to the plan proposed by the I_
California State .automobile Association and the Automobile Club
of Southern Celi=ornia for the addition of certain mileaze of
county roads to the secondary state hi?hvray system, the re-
anporti-on_ment of moneys between the secondary and primary systems
of the state and the positive allocation of gasoline tax moneys
to the various incorporated cities of the state.
