This regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi ,

having been rezularly introduced at the regular meeting of
February 17;h.-:1930 :ras finally passed, adopted and ordered to
print by the followin'g vote :-
AYES, Council -nen Shattuck, Poach, Hale, :(eihe & Spooner.

^'1e Clerk was directed to notify the leaders of the Boy
Scout Troups using,the City :fall basement that order and the
preservation of pug I is property must be enforced.
In the raetter of the e=loy ent of the Lcdi Union High

Aptil 14th.
On motion of CounciL"•:".an .iel'_rle, Shattuck second, _-:r. H.
C. Fairchilds was allowed to use :tater from his 2 inch main
for irrig atin about 3-` acres of vines in the latter part of
March or the first of at the same charge as last -year.
The Clerk was au norized to arrange for the meeting of
the California Sewage Torks Association to be 'held Agri

Complaint : avin a_;ain beenfiled a=ainst the camping

City Attorney advised ;he Council that ;he State authorities
deemed that the California State Housing Act was sufficient to
prevent a nuisance at this location and the passage of a City
o-dinance would be superfluous.

of fixing the State's bud het for the improvement of Cherokee
Lane :ras a-_proaching and that some action should be taken to
assure the -laying of full width pavement. This was also referred
to the City Attorney to secure a date on which Mr. R.S.Pierce of
the State :±igh;ray Co:=i ssion could meet with the Council and
representatives from the Board of Supervisors of San Joaquin
County in order to formulate a plan 1'or pursuing the work.
