on ordinances prepared by the City zttorney relating, to curb
gasoline pumps, and the adoption of the uniform tragic ordin-
ance .
On motion of Councilman dhattuck, .,'eihe second, the City
Clerk was 3ire2tei to purchase one and a half dozen chairs for
the band -stand and have the ofd cr_airs stained.
On motion of Councilman 'oath, ,.eihe second, t're superin-
tendent of itreets was instructed to more the horses' oe courts
from their present location to the vacant lot on the corner of
Pleasant and Locke ford Streets.
The Clerk was directed to call up the present lessees of
the city stand opposite the bath 'house in the Cit.; Park and ar-
range for annual rental.
On notion of Councilman :ieile, Roach second, the Clerk was
directed to hav,! the itshts turned on at the tennis court on
the corner of -lm and Church Streets, the night police-ar to
