Oxon Flynn -- City Manager , City of Lodi Office of the Mayor October 2, 1997 To Whom It May Concern, RE: Information Technologies Task Force Because I am relocating out of state, I am compelled to resign from the City's Information Technologies Task Force effective October 2, 1997. As one of the charter members of this task force I have seen it grow into a valuable tool for the city to use in making important decisions for it's future. I wish to thank Councilman Steve Mann (who was then mayor) for allowing me to serve on this team, and Mark White, Stan Helm, and the rest of the team for their invaluable knowledge and insight. It is my hope that I have contributed, in some small way, to the success of this Task Force, and to the ultimate success of bringing Lodi into the information age. God Bless you all, Dave Tracew n r
