Monday, May 26 - 1924
Pursuant to adjournment taken from the adjourned regular meet-
ing of ray 21, 1924, the Board of Trustees -of the City of Lodi
met in adjourned regular session at 8 o'clock on the date and
at the place first above written, Trustees Hale, Nettler, Roach,
Shattuck and Spooner present, the latter presiding:
Minutes of the regular meeting of May 19th and the adjourned
meeting of May 21st were read, approved as read and so end-
orsed by the President;
Fred Spieker7an appeared before the Board and explained the
merits of a concrete building block proposed to be furnished
by his firm for the new fire house in Maple Square.
At the order of the President, none dissenting, Architect
J. F. 7atson was directed to prepare the final plans and
complete specifications for the new fire house.
Communications
A letter from the¶isler Audit Bureau c?esiring a consultation
with their Mr I ontgomery in regard to book-keeping methods
vas ordered filed without action:
An application from G.A.Sanguinetti for the position of fire
truck driver was ordered filed until naeded.

ruct the water line petitioned for by residents on S. Garfield 0c

Street:
The execution of a lease for the rental of the northerly two
acres, more or less of the City Sewer Farm to G.B.Vallerga
,vas authorized by the passage of a resolution directing the
President to rake the same by the following vote:
AYES: Trustees, Shattuck, Mettler, Roach,Hale, Spooner.
NCS: Trustees, None. ABSENT: Trustees, None.
On motion of 'Trustee Hale, the Board adjourned:
