HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes - January 4, 1926City Hall, City cf Lodi Morday,January 4-1926 This regular meetir of the Board of Trustees of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi ;was called to order at 6.10 o'clock P.M. by the President, Trustees Hale, %settler, Roach and Spooner Present; Trustee Shattuck absent being called out of the City. The minutes of the regular meeting of December 21st. 1925 were read, approved as read and so endorsed by the President. Cecil Perrin on behalf of a committee a_:,pointed by the Lodi Volunteer Fire Department recuested an allowance for the annual meeting of the Department. Cn motion of Trustee ?rettler, seconded by Trustee Hale, a sum not to exceed 5100 ::as allowed for this purpose. The Secretary of the City Planning Commission, by letter, advised the Board of vacancies occurir by reason of expiration of terms of office in that commission and on motion of Trustee Hale, seconded by Trustee Le tier, J. B. Roach, John C. Bewley and George H. iroore were re -appointed as mem- bers to serve for a term of two years from and after January 1st., 1926. NOES: Trustees, None. ABIENT: Trustee, Shattuck. NOES: Trustees, None. ABSENT: Trustee Shattuck. Bills in the amount of $7,339.53 as audited were allow- ed and ordered paid on motion of Trustee rettler.seconded by Trustee Roach. D.;i.Aronhalt was granted a Permit to build a dwelling at a cost of $1,500 at the SE cor Oak & Pleasant.
