-were read, a --proved as read and so endorsed by the Mayor

'otices of acplications for new alcoholic bevsrage licenses and
transfers of oxisting licenses to new owner were received from
the :.tate Soard of Eaua'-ization. No protests offered.

by letter, that temporary re -pairs would be made to the Lodi_

war, would remedy the complaints of past years.

It appearing that Edward 7'1, Sipe, Director of Civilian Defense
had been classified "1-A" by the Riverbank Draft Board, the
Clerk was directed to file Form 42-+ with that Board, stating
the facts of air Sipe's present emrloyaent.
