On behalf of the Lodi City Council, I would like to thank General Mills for its
generous donation of $50,000 in grant money that was presented to the City of
Lodi at the Council meeting of November 5, 1997.
This donation, which is to be used to help fund the new children's wading pool
and a new interpretive safari boat at Lodi Lake Park, will provide an excellent
addition to the Lake and will, I'm sure, draw even. more public attraction to this
natural gem of Lodi.
Thank you and General Mills for your generosity and giving towards this
community.
Sincerely,
GIQ
