The minutes of the last regular meeting held
Larch .6, 19i 0 were read, aj;proved as read and so endorsed
by the i,-aycr.
Loewen appeared in protest against the
continuance of the carp grounds of Dr. Seeley and L. Sherman_
located on East Lockeford Road. He alleged these camrsrounds
v. -ere an infract'on of Ordinance PTo. 21Tb and the jtate Housin_�z
La .he Ea. -or stated that the Council would order the
camp ground owners to appear and show cause why their permits
to overate s-ould not be revoked.

Smith representing the City imcrovern-er_t Committee of the

.resented a rro:osal for inrrovements in the downtown street

At the order of the :M=ayor, the plans were ordered submitted

Councilman Srooner, C. T. ^reshour was granted annual leave

_asollne tax funds on Streets of Maj or Importance was

had urcn the cuesti or. of whether their existing carp -round
permits should be revoked for cause.
