The 3uildin,:_� Inspector presented a building permit
ac-li,ation So. 2:20 for a bo'mling alley buildin- at 110
'i',est +alnut Street, the building to be erected on property
zoned for cof..mercial use but abutting on property now zoned
as residential but now in the process of being reclassified
to commercial district property. The applicant was informed
by the Co -.moil that he mi7ht proceed with his plans, Fending
the reclassification of adjacent proerties.

the various co= ssi oners and statin; the names of the
'-res-cent and Secretary. The letter was orderer filed.
The quarterly re_orts of the vity Clerk an. of
the City'ireasurer for the quarter ending Decerber 31,
1935 were received, read and ordered filed.
n letter from ::r. J. A. re nino, Superintendent
of Public Util lies recommending advertisement for bids on
cast iron or transite water -,i-e was read and on motion_ of
Councilman:oonar, seconded by Councilman Graffigna, the
Clercs was directed to advertise for sealed pro: osals for
the ru--chase of this r i _ e.
=n the matter o' the closing up of an alley in
Zilke subdivision, no protests having been received and the
time for filing the sane having expired, resolution No. 1026
ordering the abandonment of this alley was introduced on
:lotion of Cour_-il:ran Spooner, seconded by Coancilman
Uraffior_•a and finally passed and adopted by the assenting
votes of all Members of the Council.
In the matter of the application of _goal. `ovard
for the abandonment of an alley in block 2 of the Central
Tract a resolution of intention to abandon the same No.
1027 was introduced on :notion of Councilman Clark, seconded

assenting votes of all merbers of the Council.
