writing had been eceived or filed with him and no persons
a ^earin; before the o nci 1 to present the same, Resolution
AO. 1007, zincing that no protests of ro'erty owners had
been received and ordering and calling a special annexation
election to 'oe held in this addition on Tuesday, the 28th
