He was informed that the Council ::,as unanimous in enforcir_g any regulations regarding hloh speed on the lake haters. On the suggestion of Superintendent of Public -tili ties, J. A. e r_ i rad, the pre sent regulations regarding days for. irrigation was modified so as to permit _Persons on both sides of any street to irribate up to the hour of 8:00 o'clock A.','. in the morning, of any day.
