BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At the City Council meeting of April 16, 1997, the Council directed the City Clerk to post for expiring terms on various boards and commissions. There is currently one position on the Lodi Planning Commission that remains unfilled. Following review of the applications, I recommend that the following person be appointed to the Commission effective November 1, 1997: Lodi Planning Commission Tim Mattheis Term to expire June 30, 2001 1 Phillip A.
