The Clark retorted that he has not secured sufficient information
regarding charges and regulations of other owners of such facilit-
' 2!T,L; ies as the Stadia= to enable any determination as to the usual
method of handling their rental.
In the Natter of the improvement of the Tokay Street R.ail�road

that Company for submission to the City Council.
Business license applications presented September 19th having

preceeding appointments and salaries made on motion of Coancilma.n

Committee were allowed and ordered paid on motion of Councilman

Lr John A. He ming asked that George Robles appointed by him
as Plant Attendant March 1, 1945 be confirmed as "re -instated"

as Robles had applied for vacation leave, to which he would not
be entitled if serving as a temporary employee. The City Council
agreed w-ith La Ke:iningls reco=mendation in so far as it did
not conflict with the Personnel Ordinance and Rules.
At 10:58 the Council was resolved into Committee of the :!hole,
returning to open session at 11:15 P.M. when adjournment was
taken on motion of Councilman 7eihe.
