Gerard, local !:anger united States r.mployment Service requested an offer from the City Council far a five year lease on the present and proposed extension of the offices at 125 North U.S.3.S. Taking into consideration the benefit to Lodi in having these offices located here, it was moved by Councilman Rios, Coffield second that the offer be made at a rental of $1CO.00 per month for both present and future buildings.
