This regular maeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi was
called to order by the Eayor at 8:00 o'clock F.L. of :iadnesday,

1.i_nutes of the last meeting held March 20, 1946 were read, approv-
ed as read and so endorsed by the Mayor.

requested an offer from the City Council far a five year lease
on the present and proposed extension of the offices at 125 North
U.S.3.S.
Stockton Street. City Engineer He.rxing estimated that the addit-

on contemplated would cost between eight and nine thousand doll-
ars and that monthly rentals should be about $115.00. Taking into
consideration the benefit to Lodi in having these offices located
here, it was moved by Councilman Rios, Coffield second that the
offer be made at a rental of $1CO.00 per month for both present
and future buildings.
